4ounces Soppressata or spicy salami, slicedCured sausage
4 ounces Mortadella or bolognaEmulsified sausage
Instructions
Heat oven to350 degrees.
Slice open the bread or individual ciabatta breads.Spoon some of the olive oil from the jar and drizzle it over the bottom of the bread.
Place several slices of Genoa salami, black forest ham, soppressata or spicy salami and mortadella, followed by Provolone cheese.
Then spoon the olive mix over the stacked meats and cheese.
Place the top of the bread on top of the meats, cheese, and olive mixture then press down on the top of the bread.
Place the round muffuletta or individual ciabattas on a baking sheet lined with foil. Place the baking sheet of sandwiches into the oven to melt for about 10 minutes to heat the meats and melt the cheeses.
Slice the round Italian bread for individual servings.
